Please be informed that we are upgrading our core banking system in order to improve our products and services to you our cherished customers.

This important system upgrade is scheduled to take place from Friday, September 30, 2022, 12 noon to Monday, October 3, 2022, 8am. Our branch services and e-channels will be shut down temporarily in order to complete the process. However, ATMs will be available for withdrawals and balance enquiries on Saturday 6am to 6pm.

All services will be fully restored on Monday, October 3, 2022, 8am.

Please note that our 24/7 Contact Centre will be available to assist you on 0307086000/ 0800100790 for enquiries, questions or suggestions. You may also visit our website on www.omnibsic.com.gh for further information and answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).

The upgrade process started over 18 months ago. We are at the final stage of migration where it will take 3 days to go live from Friday, September 30, 2022, 12 noon to Monday, October 3, 2022, 8am. Our branch services and e-channels will be shut down temporarily to complete this important exercise. However, ATMs will be available for withdrawals and balance enquiries on Saturday, 6am to 6pm.

On Monday, October 3, 2022, 8am all services will be restored and available with new and exciting enhancements.

Yes, during the migration, that is on Friday, September 30, 2022, 12 noon to Monday, October 3, 2022, 8am, our branch, internet banking and mobile banking services will be temporarily shut down.

However, our ATMs will be available for withdrawals and balance enquiries on Saturday, 6am to 6pm. For this reason we encourage customers to plan and initiate cash deposits and withdrawals, salary payments, vendor payments or any other transactions for completion before Friday 12noon to ensure you are served before the temporary shutdown.

Yes, your account number(s) will change, but you will have access to your account history.

Yes, you will be able to use your old account number to do transactions. However, the Bank will assist you to generate your new account number which will be used going forward.
