Simeon, the Board Chairman of OmniBSIC is a seasoned professional in the banking industry with almost 4 decades of industry experience.
He brings a wealth of knowledge to the Bank and provides priceless advice on banking operations and regulations.
He previously worked at the Bank of Ghana for an impressive 32 years in the Supervisory Department responsible for Rural & Community Banks, the Research Department in charge of Public Finance, and ultimately as Director of Human Resource Department. Simeon was also the Director of Budget at the Ministry of Finance, where he worked closely with the Finance Minister on national economic matters including the implementation and monitoring of the annual budget of Ghana.
Simeon has extensive experience in chairing various boards and was a member of the GIFMIS Steering Committee. He holds an impressive array of academic qualifications, which includes a BA in Economics from the University of Ghana, an MBA (Finance) from the University of Ghana and a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Financing from Bradford University, United Kingdom.
Daniel is a seasoned Banker and a Chartered Accountant by profession with almost (30) years working experience. He has extensive expertise in auditing, business consulting, general banking, financial management and investment.
Daniel holds an Executive Master's Degree in Business Administration, EMBA (Finance Option), a Master of Arts (MA) Degree in Economic Policy Management and a Master of Science (M.Sc) Degree in Development Finance all from the University of Ghana. Furthermore he has a Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. Daniel has attended many courses both locally and internationally including Executive Management courses at Harvard Business School, Columbia University, the Wharton Business School (University of Pennsylvania), Stanford Graduate Business School, Kellogg School of Management (Northwest University), London Business School, Booth School of Business (University of Chicago), INSEAD, Sloan School of Management (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) and Euromoney Training
He is the recipient of the Global Well-Respected CEO in Banking Award 2023 by the Executive Business Magazine, held in Singapore. Additionally, he was adjudged the Personality of the Year (Private Sector) at the Ghana CEO Awards 2023 and also at the Ghana Business Awards 2023 respectively.

Daniel is an honorary fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management Ghana (CICM) as well as an Honorary fellow of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management Ghana (CIHRM).
Miguel is a highly experienced banker who brings to the Board immense knowledge due to his extensive work experience which spans over three decades. He began his illustrious career in Ecobank as a Credit Officer in 1993 and consistently rose through the ranks to head an impressive array of branches and departments in several locations across Africa including Sierra Leone, Uganda and Guinea. Furthermore, Miguel is passionate about coaching and is always ready to pass on invaluable knowledge wherever required.
He has been a champion for the digitization of banking services in the branches where he has served. Miguel has a first degree from the University of Ghana, an MSc in Agriculture from the University of Reading, England and is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. He is happily married with three daughters.
Philip is a passionate and result-oriented business leader with over 20 years experience in Banking and Development Finance.
Before his current position, he led and consulted for Banks and financial institutions in Ghana and across Africa including Management Consultant - FINCA Bank Tanzania, Non-Executive Director - ProCredit Bank Congo, Deputy CEO - ProCredit Ghana, CEO - Union Savings and Loans, and CEO - OmniBank.
He holds a Bachelor of Science, Banking/ Finance & Master of Business Administration - Project Management from the University of Ghana Business School and a Master of Applied Business Research & Doctor of Business Administration from the Swiss Business School.
Philip has attended several Executive Management courses both locally and internationally including Leading for Results at
INSEAD Singapore.
He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), Certified International Change Manager (CIC), and also holds a ProCredit Banker post-graduate Diploma in International Bank Management from ProCredit Academy (Germany).

Mustafa is a highly experienced banker who brings to the Board a wealth of in-depth knowledge
of the banking and financial services sector which spans over three decades. He started his
esteemed career in 1985 as an employee in the Accounting Department in Gumhouria Bank and
consistently rose through the ranks to his current role as Managing Director at BSIC Bank.
Mustafa is also currently a board member of Yaqeen Bank, Tripoli.
In addition to his career as a banker, Mustafa is also a respected academician who has previously
practised as a lecturer in several universities and academic institutions including the Open
University, Tripoli. He is a Certified Accountant and holds a PhD in Accounting from the
Glamorgan University, UK and an MSc in Finance and Banking from the Arab Academy for
Financial and Banking Studies, Jordan.
Shalbek has an accomplished professional career in the banking sector with over 38 years of banking experience with National and Regional Banks. He worked as the Head of letters of Credit (LC) of foreign operations department Jomhoriya Bank, Head Office (formerly Umma Bank) from 1976-1984. He then became the Head of LC of foreign operations department from 1984-1989. He served as the Deputy Manager for credt administration from 1992-1996 in Jomhriya Bank, Head Office.
Mr. Mohamed K.S. Shalbek was the Manager for the International Foreign Operations Division in Jomhoriya Bank, head office in 2000.
He became the Deputy Manager for the International financing division, BSIC Head Office Tripoli in 2001 and the Deputy Manager for Affiliated branches in 2002. He was the Head of credit division in April 2006- July, 2006 for BSIC Head office-Alwaha Bank and became the General Manager for BSIC Gambia from April 2006- April 2009.
He was the deputy General Manager for BSIC Head Office-Alwaha Bank from 2009-2010. He was also the Manager in charge of the Credit Division, Head Office in 2011. He has also served as the Deputy Managing Director for BSIC Senegal from January 2012 June 2013.
Mr. Mohamed K.S.Shalbek worked with the committee to set up a migration from the manual system of the record keeping to the present computerised system in Umma Bank. He was also responsible for the review of the operating and procedural manuals of all the departments having an input into the trial balance of the Bank.
He holds a Diploma in Finance and Banking Science from Arabic Academy for Finance and Banking Science, Aman Jordan from 1990-1991. He also obtained a diploma in Credit administration in the same Institution.
Abdusalam is a Chartered Accountant by profession who brings to the Board of OmniBSIC invaluable knowledge and experience. He has played key strategic roles at the Central Bank in Tripoli and has also previously worked as an Accountant at the Elkidwa
International Group where he was responsible for several tasks including preparing budget schedules and maintaining exceptional customer services to internal departments.
Abdusalam has also established himself in the accounting sector by qualifying in an impressive array of ACCA certifications and academic qualifications. He holds a BA(Hons) Accountancy
from the London International College, London, and a Business English (BEC) from the Regents College (Business School), London, among others.
Akyaa Afreh Arhin Addo-Kufuor holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the University of Ghana and was called to the Ghana Bar in 1998. She obtained a Master's Degree in Law (LLM) from Temple University, USA in May 2000 and holds an executive certificate in Negotiation from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
Akyaa is currently the Company Secretary and Group Head of the Legal and Recovery Departments of OmniBSIC Bank. She was appointed the first Legal Counsel of the University of Ghana in 2010 and worked in that position for seven (7) years. She also served as Head of the Legal Department of Intercontinental Bank Ghana Limited (now Access Bank).
From 2004 to 2007 she worked as a senior legal consultant at a leading law firm in Ghana and led several high profile projects. She was a member of the team of legal consultants that advised the Millennium Development Authority, Ghana (MiDA) on the Compact signed between the Government of Ghana and the Millennium Challenge Corporation of the United States of America for the provision of five hundred and forty-seven million dollars' facility.
She is a former member of the Council of the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) and Secretary to the Presidential Committee on Emoluments of Article 71 Office Holders.
She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
Afua Koranteng is a corporate lawyer with over 20 years' experience, with expertise in corporate law, capital markets, energy-power, infrastructure projects, mergers and acquisitions, telecom infrastructure, corporate governance and company secretarial services. She is a seasoned advocate with in-depth knowledge in navigating regulatory affairs in Ghana. She is a Co-founder and Managing Partner of Koranteng & Koranteng Legal Advisors a corporate/commercial law firm in Ghana. Since its inception, Koranteng & Koranteng Legal Advisors has been recognised by IFLR1000 and the Legal 500, both international guides to the world's leading law firms, for Infrastructure Development (Power), Capital Markets (Debt), Project Development (Power), Banking and Project Finance and Energy.
She has led the firm in advising the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Ghana on several of its sovereign bond issuances including the zero-rated $3 billion in 2021. She leads the firm's provision of advice to the Government of Ghana on its energy sector recovery programme, which involves engaging with numerous Independent Power Producers, both thermal and renewable energy. She has also led the firm in advising the Ministry of Finance on its restructuring of the Independent Power Producers debt from Government's agreement with the IMF.

Afua has also previously worked with two of the leading law firms in Ghana, JLD & MB and Sey & Co where she advised on major international commercial transactions such as the listings of Golden Star Resources on the Ghana Stock Exchange, the successful merger of Total Oil Ghana and Mobil Oil Ghana Limited, Celtel B. V's successful acquisition of Western Tele Systems (Airtel) amongst others. She was part of the Lead Legal Advisors, who successfully renegotiated and implemented the $500million Millennium Challenge Corporation Compact with the Governments of Ghana and USA in 2006.
She was called to the Bar of England and Wales at the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn and subsequently to the Ghana Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor. Teresa's background includes senior leadership roles in HR Consulting, Banking and Retail. She is currently Global HR Director for d.light Design, a leading Solar Energy Innovator.
Effie is also Founder and Non-Executive Director of Capability Trust, a full-service HR Consulting firm in Ghana and currently serves on the Board of Golden Beach Hotels, Ghana. Prior to Founding Capability Trust, Effie was Africa Regional HR Director for Opportunity International.
Effie is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and holds an undergraduate Degree in Law from Middlesex University and Post Graduate Certificates in Human Resources from Middlesex University and Cranfield University UK.

Prior to joining OmniBSIC Bank, he was the Head of Telecoms & Fintechs in Zenith Bank (Ghana) Limited. Also in Zenith Bank, he was a Relationship Manager within the Retail Banking Group. Furthermore, he worked in a marketing and sales capacity with Donewell Insurance as well as Rakes Company Limited, where he was seconded to Barclays Bank Ghana.

Kojo is the Deputy Managing Director, Business of OmniBSIC Bank who brings over a wealth of over 25 years of experience working with prestigious banks like Stanbic Bank, Merchant Bank Ghana, Metropolitan
and Allied Bank, and SSNIT working in key management positions.
He is a Fellow of the University of Ghana, Legon and holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Management from the Business University
of Costa Rica, an MPhil in Economics and a BA Hons in economics from the University of Ghana, Legon. He is also currently a faculty Professor at the Business University of Costa Rica, supervising
Ph.D. students. His main hobbies are lecturing and supervising academic research at the graduate programs of KNUST, IDL/CEMBA, UGBS, MUCG, Netherlands Business School and the National Banking
College where he also doubles as an external examiner to some of these universities.
Valerie is the Head of Personal and Business banking at OmniBSIC Bank who is a seasoned banker with decades of experience . She has worked in various major executive management roles in banks and organisations like Sahel Sahara Universal, Merchant Bank
(UMB), and the Canadian International Development Agency Budgetary Support Programme where she was later appointed the Corporate Regional Manager for the Northern Sector with oversight responsibility
for the Western Region.
Valerie has extensive banking experience in the fields of Agribusiness, Manufacturing and Commerce. She
has previously been on UMB’s Board of Fonds de Guarantie des Investissements Privés en Afrique de L’Ouest (GARI) in Togo. She holds a BSc Administration Degree from the University of Ghana and
a Master’s Degree in Finance from Centre Africain d’Etudes Superieures en Gestion (CESAG) in Senegal. She also holds a Diploma in French from Alliance Francaise and an Executive MBA from GIMPA.
She is a certified chartered banker and an associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana.
Mr. Andoh-Yamoah serves as OmniBSIC Bank’s Head of Banking Operations. He is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the banking industry and prior to taking up this position
served as Head of Banking Operations for the former Sahel Sahara Bank. He has also previously worked with the Bank for Housing and Construction and Amalgamated Bank, now called Bank of Africa
(BoA) as Head of Foreign Operations and has extensive experience in Trade Finance.
Chris holds an International Executive MBA from the Paris Graduate School of Management and a BSc Administration
(Accounting) from the University of Ghana. Furthermore, he holds an AIB intermediate certificate from the Chartered Institute of Bankers College in Ghana and has attended numerous professional

Samuel is the Head of Finance and Strategic Planning with over 13 years of professional experience in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Audit & Assurance and Taxation. Throughout his career, Samuel
has carved out an impressive portfolio of supervisory and managerial roles in various banking institutions including Head of Retail Banking and Group Head of Corporate Banking at FBN Bank Ghana,
Intercontinental Bank, Access Bank and Fidelity Bank among others.
He has also worked in other financial and non-financial institutions including Ernst & Young Ghana, British Telecom Ghana, St. Lambert Drilling and Alcatel CIT. He graduated from the University
of Cape Coast with a First-Class Degree in Bachelor of Commerce and also holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the Mountcrest University College. He is credited with his involvement in setting
up the accounting system of Mistui OSK lines, a shipping company in Ghana and is a Chartered Accountant with the ICA- Ghana.
Charlotte is the Head of Treasury at OmniBSIC and her vast experience spans over 12 years with a focus on liquidity management, financial and economic analysis, assets and liability management, forex
trading, investment research and management, risk management and marketing. She has a proven track record of possessing exceptional business acumen, understanding business opportunities and the
ability to identify and drive tactical and strategic outcomes.
Charlotte has the uncanny ability to leverage and adapt multi-industry experiences and knowledge to achieve exceptional outcomes.
She holds an MBA in Banking and Finance from the Paris Graduate School of Management, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Ghana, Legon and is also a member of the International
Financial Markets (ACI Certified).
Sylvester Yaovi Apedoe serves as the Group Head of Information Technology. Before joining OmniBSIC Bank, He worked with Universal Merchant Bank UMB for 24 years and Epsilon Systems & Services for 4 years where he developed Payroll and Reconciliation systems for commercial banks and some government institutions.
He is a seasoned Information Technology Professional, with strengths in System development, Networks and Infrastructure, IT Security and IT Systems integration, Sylvester holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and an International Executive Masters of Business Administration in Strategy and Project Management from the Paris Graduate School of Management, France.
He has various certifications in Cisco (CCNA & CCNP), ITIL v3 and Microsoft, MCP, MCSE. He is also a certified Project
Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute, USA. Sylvester, worked in various capacities with Merchant Bank (UMB) including, leading the Information Technology Team, Systems & Infrastructure Team and the IT Special Project Team.
He was instrumental and the technical lead for UMB becoming ISO 27001 certified and PCIDSS compliant. Sylvester was adjudged the Best CIO for the year 2019 and 2020 respectively by Ghana Information Technology & Telecoms Awards, GITTA. He again led UMB to win awards as the Best Bank in Cybersecurity Risk Management, by GITTA. Sylvester is a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association, ISACA chapter of Ghana.
Stephen is a seasoned Human Resource Management Practitioner with over 19 years of experience in the Manufacturing and Finance Industries. Prior to joining OmniBank, now OmniBSIC, he was UMB’s Director of Human Resource, Nestle Ghana Limited’s Human Resources
Business Partner and Intercontinental Bank’s Head of Human Capital among others. He holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy, all from the University
of Ghana. He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Human Resource Practitioners.
Stephen’s impressive array of expertise

Dominic has over 20 years of experience in Business Development and Risk Management in the banking and non-bank financial sector. His specific areas of expertise are corporate governance, enterprise risk management and institutional building. Dominic worked at ProCredit as Head of Credit and later as Head of the Risk Management Division. He also worked at UniBank in various positions including Head of Monitoring and Recoveries, Corporate Relationship Manager and Head of Small Business Unit.
He holds a BSc Degree in Accounting from the University of Ghana Business School, an MBA equivalent Certificate in Management from ProCredit Academy in Germany; and MBA in Banking and Risk Management from Business School Netherlands.

financial reporting and internal control.
He joined OmniBank Ltd as Head of Enterprise Risk Management from NDK Financial Services Ltd where he worked for seven years in various management
roles. He brought to the bank his vast experience in risk management, audit and operational control, a strong understanding of the credit cycle, including capacity in structured, persistent and
robust loan recovery which is a key element in the banking services sector in Ghana.

Najib is the Head of Internal Audit at OmniBSIC Bank and is an astute banker with over 15 years of working experience. Prior to his current position, he was the head of the Audit Department with
erstwhile Sahel Sahara Bank (BSIC Gh.). He also previously worked with Ernst & Young (EY)-Ghana, SG-Ghana, The Trust Bank and Guaranty Trust Bank, Ghana.
Mr. Najib is a Chartered Accountant
by profession. He holds an MBA, Accounting, from the University of Ghana Business School and is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK. He is also a member of the Institute
of Chartered Accountants (ICA) Ghana and Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Ghana.
Grace is the Head of Information Technology OmniBSIC Bank. She is an astute IT professional with over 15 years’ work experience in the financial services sector. Before her current position, she
worked as a Systems Administrator with ProCredit Savings and Loans Company Limited prior to joining erstwhile Sahel Sahara Bank, (BSIC Ghana).
She was promoted to the position of Deputy
Head of IT and subsequently head of the department within three years of joining BSIC Ghana. Her outstanding professionalism, leadership skills and commitment towards her career, led to her being
was assigned additional responsibility as the Deputy Group Project Director, English Zone of BSIC Group from 2017 to date.
Grace holds a vast array of impressive academic and professional qualifications including an MBA in Project Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration
(GIMPA) a BSc Administration (Banking and Finance) from the University of Ghana, Legon and is a certified ISO/IEC 27032 Lead Cybersecurity manager. She enjoys hiking, travelling and volunteer

Isaac is an experienced risk and compliance professional with over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, currently heads the compliance department and is also the Anti-Money Laundering Reporting Officer (AMLRO) for OmniBSIC Bank. Previously,
he was the Head of Credit Administration at the Bank and held other key positions including Deputy Head of Banking Operations Department and Branch Manager of Darkuman, Madina and Adum-Kumasi
branches.
Mr. Brown has extensive experience in risk management, compliance, credit, microfinance, relationship banking and banking operations. He was also previously the Regional Manager in charge
of various branches in the Eastern, Ashanti and Brong Ahafo Regions of Ghana and the Northern Sector at ProCredit Savings & Loans Company (Now Fidelity Bank).
Isaac has an impressive array
of professional and academic qualifications including being a Chartered Banker with the Charted Institute of Bankers (GH), a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), a Fellow of the
Microfinance Association (UK) and also holds a Commonwealth Executive MBA from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology (KNUST) and a Degree in Banking & Finance from the University
of Ghana Business School (then School of Administration).
Amma is the Head of Service Quality at OmniBSIC Bank. She is a team builder and a result-oriented leader with over 15 years of work experience working in financial services and other related areas. She was highly instrumental in setting up the Customer
Service Department of the erstwhile Union Savings and Loans.
Amma’s passion for excellent customer service delivery drove her to successfully manage the several branches she was seconded to at OmniBank. She has managed to unify her team and improved
immensely on existing standards and procedures of the department. Her hard work can be associated with awards such as Ghana Customer Service Awards-Best Customer Service Company, Savings & Loans
Sector Category 2015 Award and the OmniBank Best Unit Award in both 2014 and 2015. In 2016 she also won the third Best Middle Manager Award in OmniBank.
She is an alumnus of Aburi Girls
School and has a degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Ghana Business School.
Lovestone is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of industry experience with more than 10 of those years in senior management roles. Before joining OmniBank, he held various positions at Gateway Business Africa, a multinational telecommunication
company focused on providing business communications services in Africa, which later became part of Vodacom Business and Network Computer Systems, the first ISP in West Africa.
As the Executive Head of Engineering of Gateway Business Africa, he led the deployment of the company's Pan-African MPLS network with points of presence in more than twenty cities.
He has an MPhil degree in MIS from GIMPA, an MBA in finance from University of Ghana Business School and BSc degree in Computer Science from University of Ghana.
Bernice Asamoah is a Divisional Head - Marketing in charge of three (3) Zones comprising of thirteen (13) branches within the Bank. She is an astute Banker with over fifteen (15) years of combined experience and expertise in Retail and Business Banking.
Prior to joining OmniBSIC Bank, she was a Regional Manager at Consolidated Bank Ghana Ltd (CBG) overseeing the banks business in Ashanti, Bono and Ahafo regions. Bernice holds double MBA from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, Kumasi (Master’s in Business Administration - Human Resource Management and Master’s in Business Administration - Strategic Management and Consulting), Bachelor of science Natural Resource Management from KNUST and Teachers Certificate A, from Wesley Teachers Training College
She is also an Associate Member with The Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners, Ghana and currently a Chartered Banker with the Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIB), Ghana.
Henry is the Head of Trade Finance at OmniBSIC. He is a seasoned trade finance expert with over 14 years’ experience in banking operations, finance and international trade.
He started his professional banking career at Amalbank now Bank of Africa as an executive trainee with banking operations and then rose through the ranks to Senior Banking Officer, Foreign
Operations. He later joined Fidelity Bank Ghana limited, where he occupied various managerial roles at the head office, and later become the Head of Trade Services. He played a lead role in the
setting up of an automated trade finance suite and corporate internet banking technologies.
He holds a B.Ed Social Science and MBA Finance from the University of Cape Coast and Central
University respectively.
Akyaa Afreh Arhin Addo-Kufuor holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the University of Ghana and was called to the Ghana Bar in 1998. She obtained a Master's Degree in Law (LLM) from Temple University, USA in May 2000 and holds an executive certificate in Negotiation from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
Akyaa is currently the Company Secretary and Group Head of the Legal and Recovery Departments of OmniBSIC Bank. She was appointed the first Legal Counsel of the University of Ghana in 2010 and worked in that position for seven (7) years. She also served as Head of the Legal Department of Intercontinental Bank Ghana Limited (now Access Bank).
From 2004 to 2007 she worked as a senior legal consultant at a leading law firm in Ghana and led several high profile projects. She was a member of the team of legal consultants that advised the Millennium Development Authority, Ghana (MiDA) on the Compact signed between the Government of Ghana and the Millennium Challenge Corporation of the United States of America for the provision of five hundred and forty-seven million dollars' facility.
She is a former member of the Council of the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) and Secretary to the Presidential Committee on Emoluments of Article 71 Office Holders.
She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
Akyaa Afreh Arhin Addo-Kufuor serves as the secretary to the Board and Head of the Legal and
Recovery Department of OmniBSIC Bank.
Prior to joining OmniBSIC Bank, Akyaa was Head of the Legal Department of Intercontinental
Bank Ghana Limited (now Access Bank) and responsible for all legal matters involving the bank.
Akyaa worked at Dehands Services Limited, a subsidiary of Deloitte Ghana, which provides legal
secretarial services to companies. Furthermore, as a senior legal consultant at a leading law firm in Ghana, she was a member of the team of legal consultants that advised the Millennium
Development Authority, Ghana (MiDA) on the Compact signed between the Government of

Raphael is currently the Head of General Services at OmniBSIC Bank. He is a seasoned Architect and a Project Manager with over 15 years’ experience in business support, project and facilities management. He started his professional career as an architect
with Archipro and later joined Cob ‘A’ Industries as Facilities Manager and later rose to become the Head of Business Support.
Raphael after practising as a freelance architect for four years later joined Fidelity Bank Ghana limited as the Facilities Manager with the Corporate Services Department and later joined
Union Savings and Loans in 2016 where he headed the properties and projects department and later held the same position for OmniBank Ghana Limited. He holds a BSc Architecture, Pg. Dip. Architecture
from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and is a Member of the Ghana Institute of Architects.
Seth Adri is Head of E-Banking of OmniBSIC Bank Gh. Ltd who joined the bank as an Intern and consistently rose through the ranks through hard work and dedication to his current role. He had previously been re-assigned the role of E-Banking support in
2010, a role he played until he was appointed Head of E-Business following the merger between BSIC Gh. Ltd and OmniBank Ghana Ltd.
He has also implemented and managed various projects in the Bank ranging from ATMs, Card Payments, SMS, Mobile and Internet Banking, GhiPSS Instant Pay (GIP) and call recorder systems. He
also successfully deployed the global swift releases in 2018 for BSIC GH Ltd and BSIC Sudan.
Seth holds a BSc in Computer Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
He is a PECB certified ISO/IEC 270032 Lead Cyber Security Manager.
